Ffrwd branch edit

It turns out that there was a small section of the Ellesmere Canal at Ffrwd. It wasn't connected to the completed canal (though it would have been had it been completed as originally planned), and wasn't used for long. I will try and add more information, but if anyone else can help... Hmallett (talk) 10:48, 4 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

History section edit

I've re-arranged the history section, as I was having trouble understanding it. It wasn't clear how the canal (as built) differed from the plan; hopefully it now is. Moonraker12 (talk) 10:09, 11 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

Route edit

I've also added links to where the various sections are now. Moonraker12 (talk) 10:30, 11 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

PS I've referred to the Hurleston to Trevor sections as the Llangollen section of the SU, as I can't find a definitive answer. This map and the related page say they're part of the SU, but the atlas I'm using (Collins) calls them the Llangollen. Does anyone know for sure? Moonraker12 (talk) 10:38, 11 June 2009 (UTC)Reply
