I'm making suggestions here as Yendys112233's mentor, and I'm not commenting either way on the draft or it's acceptance.
A couple recommendations:
We almost never want external links in the body of the article. Some phrases don't need to be linked at all, like "Latina/o Studies Program in the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts". Some could be converted to citations. It looks like you've already worked out how to format a citation, but I can help if you'd like support on this.
Citations for books in the modern era should ideally include an ISBN if one is available. The cite book template you're already using has an isbn parameter for this use.
Thank you SO much!! This is incredibly helpful, I am just a little confused on what I need to fix with the book citations? Should all of my links be removed and changed to citations? Thank you again!! Yendys112233 (talk) 18:03, 4 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
For the book citations, I looked a little further and it seems like maybe the publications do not have ISBNs. For example, the one entitled "Life Experiences and Teacher Knowledge" appears to be a 17-page ethnographic study. Is that best described as a book.
is it okay to have 3 footnotes after the arthur thurnau professorship/couple other things following that, or should it just be one footnote and then the rest just listed as general sources at the bottom? Yendys112233 (talk) 18:28, 4 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
