Why prisoner?

edit

How unfair that her husband was allowed to have affairs his entire life, but when she did exactly the same thing as him, she was imprisoned. Why was she imprisoned? --85.226.47.10 (talk) 13:54, 12 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Because she was a woman. It's fashionable and okay for a king to have affairs, mistresses, and illegitimate children, but a queen can't do anything like that or she risk being executed, imprisoned or scorned through history.--Queen Elizabeth II's Little Spy (talk) 18:45, 2 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

Ulrike needs to be added to the title in order to differentiate from the first Elisabeth Christine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JONRIDER (talkcontribs) 13:22, 3 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
