Context needed for section headings edit
The section headings "Liver", "Cancer", etc stand alone with no super-heading or lead-in from the summary section. It really should be made clearer how they associate with the elevated levels -- even if it is obvious to some people. Arbalest Mike (talk) 20:11, 17 December 2014 (UTC)
And does it matter? edit
This article (and alkaline phosphatase itself) seems to talk about the possible causes of errant ALP levels. But what are the effects? Is there any correlation with any particular Bad Things™ that tends to result from raised ALP levels? — OwenBlacker (Talk) 15:53, 18 December 2014 (UTC)
Test Description edit
The final sentences describing a protocol for an ALP test would appear to be taken from the Lowry paper of 1945. Technology for biochemical and isozyme assay has moved on a bit since then!
