Principal description, town, not site edit

POV problems? edit
Maybe this article needs a POV check, because it a) seems very biased against the developed nations (e.g. only examples of US/first world electronics coming there? Any statistics) b) Seems very anti dumping and c) is using encyclopedic/neutral style, with numerous verbatim quotes (IMHO). - I think it probably is biased - the tone is certainly pretty preachy - but I think it's accurate to say that the vast majority of this stuff does come from first world countries, simply because they are the places that have the necessary combination of high disposal costs and high labor costs that make it economically viable to put this stuff into containers and ship it halfway across the world. When things get scrapped in places like India or SE Asia, they will normally be dismantled very close to source. 222.248.152.52 (talk) 06:29, 17 February 2016 (UTC)
"Most polluted" - nonsensical statement edit
"Guiyu is world's second most polluted spot, while Lake Karachay is world's first most polluted spot." This claim is somewhat ridiculous. It depends entirely on which pollutants, and the spatial scale by which the "spot" is defined. I have deleted the sentence.Jimjamjak (talk) 09:01, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
