If I can rely on the electoral law of 2006 on the website of the UN (article 157), the parliamentary electoral system is two round majority; there can be districts with more than one seat, in which case voters can only choose among closed lists (article 89) and the list winning a majority of votes gets all the seats. --Bancki (talk) 09:45, 29 November 2013 (UTC)Reply
