removing "opera oratorios" category
editThe category "opera oratorios" is bunk; If a work is an oratorio, it's an oratorio, it it's an opera, it's an opera. If we all want to think of oratorio as a sub-category of opera, that's fabulous, but I feel the extra categorization is superfluous and clutters things.

- Sorry for my haste the other day... after a conversation with another editor I came to realize that I was acting rather hastily and unilaterally... I'll bring this up over on Wikipedia:WikiProject Opera but for now it's back. Sorry, all! Fred 04:51, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
Triple bannering
editAmong the 'friendly projects' we usually avoid multiple bannering. In this case it's difficult because the composer really did mean it to be half opera and half oratorio. I suggest we leave primary care to 'Contemporary music' and remove the Opera and Classical music banners. OK? --Kleinzach (talk) 08:04, 18 April 2008 (UTC)
