editWe need some references for this information. The whole of 2006 and a part of 2005 the newspaper had a made-over format to celebrate its 100 years' existence. The newspaper's website (Spanish) is [1] although like most such websites it tries so desperately to cram in all of its info that it's difficult to find any of their information on themselves.
I created this article for the Tungurahua article because I remember the day it erupted (in 2006) they had really beautiful photos of it, looking almost like painted on a canvas.
