The article could be improved by giving it some structure. Suggest Lede, Aircraft, Accident, Investigation (possibly), References. As I posted at AfD, it's the worst civil accident in Yemen, and the second worst aircraft accident in Yemen, so it should be notable enough to survive AfD.
