I created a template, Template:Education infobox which can give a quick at a glance demographics table for education articles. See its implementation at Education in the United States and feel free to help improve the template.--naryathegreat | (talk) 01:00, August 7, 2005 (UTC)

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Education in Uganda. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

Addition of Adult Education content

Hello Wikipedia contributors, I'm planning on editing this page as part of an assignment for a Poverty, Justice, and Human Capabilities class at Rice University. I'm very passionate about continuing education, and I would like to update much of the information this article features regarding the University system in Uganda. I would also like to update it to include more information on the state of adult literacy education and job training programs. On my user page, I have featured sources that I will be using to make these edits. I welcome thoughts from all relevant parties, and I look forward to contributing to this page. Thanks, Dnelson 14 (talk) 04:13, 19 September 2017 (UTC)

Quick Update: I am still moving forward with my plan to update this page. You can find a complete list of sources I will be using on my user page. You can also find the beginning of some of my edits in my sandbox. My edits will use the following structure:

1. Revision of subsection 4.4 Vocational, Technical, and College Education: I will be adding information on the prevalence, availability, and financing of such educational opportunities in Uganda as well as information regarding its organization and government involvement.

2. Addition of subsection 6.6 Literacy Programs: The Post-Secondary Education section would be incomplete without reference to the informal education programs that aim to raise overall adult literacy and improve knowledge sharing amongst the adult population.

3. Addition of section 6 Female Education in Uganda: Uganda has made many improvements toward gender equality in education, and this section is meant to highlight those successes as well as draw attention to the specific challenges still faced in this area. Article Review

Hi fellow Wikipedians,

I recently read this article and would like to provide some feedback!

Overall, this article is structured very well, with a logical progression of sections. The content in the sections is also improving very well, with recent additions to the vocational and technical education, literacy programs, and female education sections.

I think that more specific content and images could be added to the different sections. One more suggestion is to just add a couple of links here or there.

Overall, I enjoyed reading this article and I can see it heading in a really good direction! Good luck continuing to edit this article!

Article Review

I'd like to provide some feedback after reading this article. Overall this article is comprehensive and well-organized. I would like to comment that the lead could do with some shoring up. Also, it would be informative if there was more information on the efficacy of the system. Do most children in Uganda attend school and advance regularly, or do a number of students fail to partake in state-sponsored education? 6ibberish (talk) 20:52, 27 October 2017 (UTC)

Ugandan open access repositories

A list of open access repositories of scholarly communication in Uganda was deleted from en:Wikipedia on 9 April 2018. The wikicode is here. -- Oa01 (talk) 23:54, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

Primary Education Section

Hi, I am editing the Female Education section for a class at UC Berkeley but I noticed that the Primary Education section is completely plagiarized. Does the person who edited this want to correct this or should I just completely delete it?
