I'm not sure I would delete this page, as the first few paragraphs are decently written and informative. However, starting with the (uncited) claims about "Charqui" and below, the article suffers from serious deficiencies.. "The hangover cure"? I'm new here, so correct me if I'm wrong, but this seems a pretty blatant original research / POV issue.
