This article in its current form (2019 May 1) is almost completely useless.
Of what value is an article that lists only the repealed sections of the law, and then only cites when and by what law they were repealed? We are left with no knowledge of what was in those repealed sections, and even less knowledge of the unlisted, uncited, and undescribed other sections presumably still in force.
An encyclopedia needs to take a different approach that looks less like a Guide to Statutes in Force. Random noter (talk) 14:37, 1 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
