Why the capitalisation? edit
What is the difference between Easy Access and easy access? Did somebody simply decide it was the Right Thing to capitalise the phrase in this particular sense to differentiate it from other possible meanings? Or what? -- Smjg 14:51, 7 February 2007 (UTC)
- Well, I don't think the term "Easy Access" is that notable and seems to be another phrase for "accessibility". Because of this, I am proposing that this article be merged into that one. Jason McHuff 05:09, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
Where is (capitalised) Easy Access defined if it's an official term. It seems that that someone at Wikipedia has coined it to separate it from the non-capitalised phrase. Since no one has come up with a reliable source I guess I should be bold here. If "Easy Access" is the official government term (and I have yet to see evidence of it), then a more complete and better-documented article than this would do it justice... but until someone finds the citation with the official definition and terminology, I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and redirecting it. 147.70.242.40 (talk) 20:26, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

- I'm afraid that's nonsense. Examining the link you provided shows plenty of "easy access" uses as well. This isn't a proper noun. It shouldn't be capitalised. The Rambling Man (talk) 18:27, 15 March 2008 (UTC)
