Franchise

The article states: "In 1986, the government gave New Hong Kong Tunnel the right to run the Tunnel on a 30-year franchise with lease expiring in August 2016." This does not match the information at [1]. Reference would be welcome. Underwaterbuffalo (talk) 16:41, 4 September 2011 (UTC)Reply
