It doesn't need to be rewritten as much as expanded. "Pouring money into" (i.e., bailing out) a specific economic sector is only one way the state interferes with the mythical "free market". Duties, tariffs, import taxes, and myriad special tax breaks and incentives, are a few other ways the invisible hand is nudged or slapped.
