I've protected the redirect to enforce the afd decision to delete the article ( Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Early Republican Party (United States) ) and to stop edit warring over it. It's not clear this redirect, after more than two years, is still the site of an edit war. In any event, the target should now be Democratic-Republican Party, as the old target was moved there. -Rrius (talk) 02:17, 20 January 2009 (UTC)
