A general note would be that the article should put more focus that the EUR.1 is ONLY used in EU-related FTAs.
There are some small errors, it is not called "registered sender", but "approved exporter". There is a plan, presented already in 2005 by the Commission to overhaul the whole system of Rules of Origin, and replace "registered exporter" with "registered exporter", but this has not happened yet.
The heading "List of countries of destination" is misleading. The heading lists those countries with which the EU has an FTA with where the EUR.1 is used.
The EUR.1 is also used under the Cotonou Agreement.
I am not sure if EU as of yet has an FTA with Saudi-Arabia. We have no bilateral agreement. Saudi-Arabia is part of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council), but I am not sure whether or not those negotiations have been concluded.
Lichtenstein should be added to the countries under Europe.

Egypt is misspelled.
It could be added that the exporter (this doesn't necessarily have to be the manufacturer) fills in the form and then hands it over or sends it in to the competent authorities, usually customs, they stamp it and sends it back to the exporter.
