I've removed the cleanup-context tag, because I've added enough context so it has a similar amount of context to LAPACK (IMO).

No. It needs expanding. It was a milestone in NA history just like LAPACK and MINPACKBilllion 18:09, 13 September 2006 (UTC)

Yes. LINPACK, EISPACK, and LAPACK should be addressed holistically in a single article connecting them over time. It will make much more sense to non-experts if this is done and experts should know their connectivity enough to appreciate this organization. Jeff.science (talk) 09:08, 4 December 2012 (UTC)
