I hope to check Cockayne's The Complete Peerage soon, but I have found an Internet-based reference (although it doesn't cite its own sources). In any case, it's still hard for me to tell what was created when, so the information in the Wikipedia article isn't necessarily completely accurate (although I've tried to improve it).
