- (1) To what extent does the issue of "dual loyalty" bear, even to the slightest extent, upon the provision that lies within most of the medical profession's codes of ethics; namely, that an individual should never attempt treat a member of his/her own family?
- (2) To what extent does the issue of "dual loyalty" bear, even to the slightest extent, upon the question (for the medical professionals tending both the mother and the child) of whether a husband should be present at the birth of his child?
