Untitled
The new release of the Gojira/Godzilla 2 pack was put out by Classic Media so shouldn't that be added into this page also.
- no. this pages doesn't go into that level of detail
- Why does it not list the old Godzilla movies. They are put out by Classic Media.
Is 1998 a correct date for the establishment of CM? Per the prospectus for the buyout, it says CM was formed in 2000.
AFAIK, I don't believe CM owns Tintin or Blake & Mortimer, just the US video rights.
- I checked the websites of Tintin and B&M. Neither site CM as their owner. So have to assume CM owns the US rights, or US video rights.
Something Goes On Here.
IP address 71.187.56.223 keeps removing Big Idea from the list of holdings. Checking this page's history, a lot of edits from this address keep getting reverted. I'm going to be watching this page, and if it continues, I may have to request protection for this page. Like Doug Funnie's teacher once told him, this user is "knocking on trouble's door..." That does it. If this user (who now has the IP address of 72.152.213.54) vandalizes this page one more time, I AM going to request protection (or at the very least semi-protection). This user has been warned. Brittany Ka 12:45, 14 July 2007 (UTC)
Infobox updates
The company type only state Subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation. The statement, Private ownership (until 2007) should be removed and the owner field below should be added:
| owner = Independent (2000–2007)
Subsidiary of DreamWorks Animation (2007-Present)

They're still called Classic Media!
See? DreamWorks didn't rename the company fully as "DreamWorks Classics", they still (partially, I believe) call it "Classic Media" and use its retraux "kid balloon" logo/trademark even after buying them out. I noticed it on some news sources and Google search results, such as the more recent announcement of the Lone Ranger Collector's Edition DVD. 70.162.74.119 (talk) 00:21, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
Library
I've deleted the library section, because it seems to be entirely speculative original research, based on people's readings of closing credits. If references can be provided, and it can be kept reasonably concise (i.e., a broad overview of the library, not a complete itemization of every property they have, then such a section should be fine. Those of you interested in maintaining a list of DreamWorks Classics' holdings may want to contribute to Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/List of DreamWorks Classics holdings. Trivialist (talk) 14:28, 5 May 2013 (UTC)
