Dates of rule edit

I have depreciated the dates provided by Victor Spinei in his Moldavia in the 11th-14th Centuries as they are not consistent with other dates in the area provided by Polish and Hungarian sources, such as the date of Bogdan I's successful rebellion against the Hungarian King, and the battle dates for Peter I against the Poles. See, in general, Deletant, Dennis (1986) "Moldavia between Hungary and Poland, 1347-1412" The Slavonic and East European Review 64(2): pp. 189-211, especially pages 190-191. Spinei's book which was originally published in 1982 in Romanian does much better with its archaeological evidence and discussion which makes up the bulk of the book. --Bejnar (talk) 03:32, 29 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Diacritics edit

Is there a Wikipedia standard policy on this character? It seems to me this should spelled Dragoș rather than Dragoş . Or is this some sort of Unicode issue? Iglew (talk) 00:53, 15 September 2010 (UTC)Reply
