Untitled edit

There is no section about the company during World War 2, which may be very important. The POV statement below seems to be getting at that problem without any citations, but I believe a book about it came out very recently.

The following statement contains an uncited negative POV statement about an existing company and I think it needs a citation to stay on the page.

I'll throw down a "citation needed" and see what we get. 1 week.

"It is a well-known fact that the firm made a lot of money during the Second World War, due to aryanization and slave labour" —Preceding unsigned comment added by NByz (talkcontribs) 10:14, 4 February 2007

I have added a copyedit template to the article. At present much of the English sounds distinctly odd, and there are many German spellings of place names. I presume the stub has been written by someone who's first language isn't English. I won't copyedit it myself as I am unfamiliar with the German language aspects. --80.176.142.11 (talk) 20:28, 11 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

please have someone correct the section on World War I: Dr. August Oetker's son, Rudolf Oetker, cannot have died in World War I, as he was born in 1916!! August Oetker lived 1862-1918, which means it is possible that he died in WWI. (Whoever wrote this article should have consulted the corresponding articles about August Oetker and Rudolf August Oetker.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.128.186.24 (talk) 07:31, 5 May 2012 (UTC)Reply

„Company in the Czech Republic“ edit

Why is Dr.Oetker labelled as a „Company in the Czech Republic“? Sure it may also operate there, but given the fact that it‘s a company operating all over Europe, was founded in Germany, is owned by Germans, and is headquartered in Germany, I think this is a rather bad label. Edit: I'm talking about the App version of the page. Mrvnrnk (talk) 14:02, 25 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
