could someone findout what currently holds the title for tallest building west of the mississippi in height?--24.17.66.30 09:36, 18 Apr 2004 (UTC)

U.S. Bank Tower in L.A.? --Lukobe 4/19/04 It would be useful to get discussion of the regrades into the section about geography.

Is there any reason why this can't be at Downtown Seattle (which currently redirects here)? I can't think of any conflicting uses for that title, and it would simplify things. Niteowlneils 19:34, 16 Jan 2005 (UTC)

I removed the merge notice for "Pike Market." Because A) No one from Seattle would ever call it "Pike Market," and B) There's a decent article on Pike Place Market that links from here.

Suburbs?

edit

Shouldn't "building heights in Downtown and adjoining Seattle suburbs" be "building heights in Downtown and adjoining Seattle neighborhoods"? - Jmabel | Talk 19:51, 20 October 2008 (UTC)Reply

Yes. The term suburb is generally associated with areas outside of a city, not those within a city..--Bobblehead (rants) 21:58, 20 October 2008 (UTC)Reply
Suburb is used in Australian English to refer to a neighborhood, but this is a USA-article. WhisperToMe (talk) 11:58, 5 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
