I've done some work to the article, including changing the format slightly, correcting grammar and tidying it up a little, while bringing it in line with WP:NPOV. I've also removed the category "organisations based in Dorset", since the article clearly states the base is in Somerset, though that's of less consequence. The most important change is the addition of reliable sources through inline citations so that information can be verified. Some facts still lack these, but the official website is down for refurbishment by the looks if it, so they may have to wait until its back up. Please do not remove this well sourced information unless you can replace with such- for example, I changed the response time to 20 minutes, as that's the figure I could find a source for- it might well be 19, so change it back to 19 IF you back it up.
