1. Gormflaith ingen Murchada is shown a one of the wives of Donnchad mac Briain, however I am quite sure she was his mother - unless he married a different woman of the same name.
2. At the end of the section on the life of Donnchad mac Briain, it states that Donnchad arranged the marriage of his sister Caech to Echmarcach mac Ragnaill. At the same time, the second wife of Donnchad is shown as Cacht ingen Ragnaill. In the article on Echmarcach mac Ragnaill, it states that Donnchad mac Briain married Cacht, the sister of Echmarcach. It would seem that Cacht and Caech are the same woman, but it is not clear whose sister she was, and who she married?
