The fact that he was an executive director of NORML is enough to justify a listing. Researching his life is a bit tricky, most of his accomplishments are before the internet age or in the early stages of it, so there's not much to go on yet but I am working on it and I was hoping someone with other sources would add things to. What is with you speedy deletion people? Why not clear out some of the backbench members of parliament who have never said a word in the house but are still listed just because they got elected?
