The editor just tried to throw in magazine terms to confuse people.

Intro paragraphs

edit

The second paragraph currently reads, "Dolly was the basis and inspiration for Sassy Magazine (1987-1996) in the United States. The magazine is aimed at older teenage girls (14-17 age group) and covers celebrity news and gossip ..." I believe the intent here is that "The magazine" in the second sentence (and the rest of the paragraph) refers to Dolly, not Sassy. However, grammatically, this is all wrong -- the second paragraph sounds like it's discussing Sassy, not Dolly. I would suggest that someone who knows more about the magazine review this paragraph, and if appropriate, move the sentence about Sassy magazine to the end of the paragraph or to its own paragraph. That would remove the confusion and make it clear the discussion is about Dolly. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Macoukji (talkcontribs) 03:29, 18 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
