It looks like you are not very familiar how wikipedia works. We don't use the strongest words possible. We use neutral words. We don't use word "murdered", "butchered", etc. Instead we write "killed", "executed". Second, this person was executed for political reasons, possibly upon false accusation. Political repression in the Soviet Union is not an euphemism, it is historically established concept. Third, sections are usually to split articles into meaningful pieces. Initially they may be small then expanded. In our case the section requires expansion with the reasons why he was executed, how and when he was arrested, with what he was charged, etc. Execution is only one, albeit most tragical element of the sequence of events, which together are described with the word "Repression". In context of Soviet Union this word, similar to the word "execution", has long lost its euphemistic sense and means ruthless dealing with people, as exemplified, e.g., by the phrase "repressive regime". As an example of the usage in the context of current article, see eg. [1], which has section "Упомянутые в публикации репрессированные геологи и преподаватели"- üser:Altenmann >t 14:36, 24 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
