Self-promotion edit
The 8/11/2014 editions from an unidentified user clearly intended to promote a specific paper. Looks like self-promotion, as the paper author's works at the brazilian central bank (http://scholar.google.com.br/citations?user=blrcoKIAAAAJ&hl=pt-BR), which holds the IP 200.218.213.80. Are the referred changes relevant, or it must be undone?
