EPA 1980 Environmental test publication had a Chromium(+6) vs Chromium(+3) test using dithizone. Gold prospectors bought it because they believed it provided a simple color change with gold and gold chalconides' surfaces. TaylorLeem (talk) 21:50, 14 August 2020 (UTC)
