New Reference edit

A new reliable and verifiable reference in addition to the ones already provided.

http://yourstory.in/2012/03/dissolve-the-box-santosh-sharma/

It talks about the idea Dissolve the box, it's origin, example to explain it, means to measure it, benefits, practical implications in organizations etc. Hope this will guide you'll to reconsider your decision. It may be noted that Livitup in his "objective and detailed study" of all the references provided have already found significant reference. Here's one more to clear the concerns. In my daily work I am witness to a wide array of presentations to groups of businesspeople. Many of these are ideas put forward by an author to help sell a book or curriculum. All such ideas reek of greed; the author wants to make money from the idea. Many such ideas suffer from too much idealism in that, if they are perfectly followed by corporate employees, the idea will destroy the corporation. This idea appears to me to be both greedy and over-idealistic. I say greedy because the idea is fluff, not different from "think outside of the box". (It is merely a deeper or more complete application of "think outside of the box", not significantly different.) Anybody giving advice regarding "think outside of the box" can also describe the process as helping to discover what are the deeper motivations and drives of a person. I say over-idealistic because if this idea was presented to employees and each of the employees individually determined that they were not put on Earth to be cogs in a big wheel then they would quit the company and go do what they really wanted to do. The idea cannot survive in a corporate atmosphere.
Anyway, the YourStory.in publisher you link to is not a reliable source. What they do is take money from entrepreneurs and publish a positive story about their business idea. The website functions as a hub for public relations releases; there is no hard reporting. Binksternet (talk) 15:15, 31 March 2012 (UTC)Reply
  • You've made 4 judgements

1) Greed 2) overidealistic 3) fluff 4)"Your Story" takes money to publish positive story

Greed: This idea on Dissolve the box actually talks of dissolving the box of money which has now become overdominant and it pours into all our decisions and actions. It advices companies not to have egoist profit and loss account and balance sheet. It also tells GDP is not the right measure for growth and offers an alternative for it in Gross Universal Index. And CAS - the organization itself dissolves the box as it is working on a UI World Vision 2030 which is a 10 point mission where any inflow is used for a better life and a better world. We are already nuturing people below the poverty line. Ofcourse we are a sustainable organization and we have to sustain to achive this World Vision which was inaugurated by the Governor himself.

Overidealistic: Ya if you ask a thief not to steal he may find it to be overidealistic but actually this is only practical - he does not realize it. Therefore, even when people have money they are not able to "really live" evey moment. This idea is derived from the natural laws and guides us to be natural and not pollute ourselves. Thridly it is being used in organizations - Corporates and sports clubs. ICICI Bank had an objective to achieve daily targets which had created a lot of pressure in its employees. By dissolving the boxes we redesigned the objective of the individuals and this released a lot of creative energy.

Fluff: The basic difference between "Thinking outside the box" and "Dissolve the box" is that thinking outside the box defines a person as "mind and body" but Dissolve the box defines him as "consciousness" which neither takes birth nor dies but only takes different shapes depending on the desire. You can also experience it. Simply practice "silence-acceptance of the present and then act". When we resist the present there is inner conflict or turmoil as the present is not what our mental boxes want. This creates the turmoil which is the root cause for all problems. But when we accept the present we get the intelligence to design the future (just in this acceptance of the present first, before we act). It has already been endorsed by Leaders Globally.

Your story: Incorrect that they take money to publish positive stories. CNBC TV 18 is its partner and you may get a deeper check into the reference. It covers entrepreneurs( social or capitalists), innovations and ideas. Let not judgements which are actually boxes override facts as that may leave many deserving article outside the ambit of wikipedia which is in spirit of wikipedia. Our past experiences are certainly important but let us not to make it overdominant as then that starts guiding our life. Practice dissolving the box as our past awareness will certainly be there but only to guide us not to override us.

This is not selling the idea but since the points were raised an effort has been made to answer the concerns.
