Does Hogg really say the federal government's powers of disallowance and reservation are obsolete and without force? The Supreme Court of Canada seems to believe that the powers are still legally valid: Ontario Hydro v. Since the article does cite an authoritative source for the proposition in question, I am reluctant to delete the statement and substitute an opposite viewpoint, without at least consulting the source myself. --Mathew5000 20:51, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
