Re Iron Oxide Reaction Temperatures edit

Hey I don't typically edit Wikipedia but the temperatures given for iron oxide reduction seem way off. According to this article from steel research international in 2019, hematite reduction can occur below 570 °C, magnetite reduction at 570 °C, and wustite reduction above 570 °C (as it is unstable and will seek oxidation back to magnetite below that temperature). This article gives even lower temperatures, though it maintains wustite requires 570 °C or greater. The actual temps used by manufacturers may be higher than the chemically necessary temps, but that should be indicated separately. 2001:569:F82B:5B00:7468:1241:6076:AB25 (talk) 23:45, 15 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
