How do I get the City of a certain DDD

Should be merged with "Subscriber Trunk Dialling"

Both "Subscriber Trunk Dialling" and "Direct Distance Dialing" refer to the same thing. The two articles should be merged. After all, we don't have separate articles for "motor car" and "automobile", do we?
