Why is the quarry spelt Dinorwic and the village spelt Dinorwig? We ought to give some kind of explanation, if explanation there be. --Blisco 00:16, 18 February 2007 (UTC).....Answer. dinorwic is the english spelling, dinorwig is the welsh spelling, and as such they are interchangable.Reply
I've added a note on this. Also, yes, you're quite right - a link to Slate industry in Wales was definitely missing!
