Shaka can't have given power to Theophilis Shepstone. When Shaka died in 1828, Shepstone was only 11 years old! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 64.121.11.7 (talk) 16:35, 9 April 2007 (UTC).Reply

Oh wow, well spotted. I don't know much about this, but you're absolutely right. I've cut this bit out. ManicParroT 22:53, 23 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Categories edit

It seems odd to put political assassinations in the categories of "1828" and "1840 crimes"; they don't seem appropriate for this article.Parkwells (talk) 16:45, 19 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Women's History Project edit

Not sure why this was tagged with the Women's History project, but given I know little about the topic I'm going to leave it. Gwytherinn (talk) 15:04, 21 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Death Of Dingane edit

In my opinion the death of Dingane should be given a better description to round off this most dramatic history of the settlement of South Africa. Dr Alex Coutts gives a good account of it.
