Cast listing in the closing credits does not follow the same billing order as in the opening credits edit

It may be noted that, in the film's opening credits, 13 cast members are listed. Below is a reproduction of the form in which the cast is depicted:

The on-screen closing credits, however, which list names of the same 13 cast members, indicate only the first three in the same order as the opening credits. Then, Cloris Leachman, who had 10th "and" billing in the opening credits, is listed 4th, Harry Dean Stanton, who received 4th billing in opening, is listed 5th, Geoffrey Lewis, who was 7th in opening, is now 6th, John Ryan, who had 5th place in opening, is 7th in closing, Richard Dreyfuss, who was 6th in the opening, is now 8th.

Steve Kanaly, who was in 9th place during opening, remains unchanged, John Martino, with 12th billing during opening, moves up to 10th, Roy Jenson, 8th in opening credits, is now 11th, Read Morgan, 13 and last in the opening credits, moves up to 12th and Frank McRae, billed 11th in the opening, is now last at 13. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 01:23, 2 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
