Talk:Diabetic foot ulcer

Who recommends this treatment?

edit

"It is often 500 mg to 1000 mg of flucloxacillin, 1 g of amoxicillin and also metronidazole to tackle the putrid smelling bacteria." There is no citation for this treatment. My suggestion is to remove this paragraph unless it can be supported and made grammatical.--Wloveral (talk) 16:20, 1 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Silver Socks

edit

Dear Authors, because

bacteria have some difficulties to grow on silver,

silver socks can also be used to have an anti-bacterial effect on a diabetic foot.

i suggest to add this fact in the article.

thanks. -- 93.199.239.81 (talk) 17:23, 16 July 2010 (UTC)Reply

Grammar

edit

The grammar and syntax on the opening paragraphs of this article is extremely poor and appears to have been written by a non-native speaker with a fairly limited command of English. As I am not an expert on the subject, I am reluctant to edit the passage for fear of accidentally misinterpreting the text and introducing an error. Could someone with more extensive knowledge of the subject rewrite the beginning of the article in correct English? 74.242.165.168 (talk) 00:01, 13 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Fespixon Cream(ON101)

edit

Why is Fespixon Cream(ON101), which is still in clinical trial, in the first place of Treatments. Looks like a ad. Should it be deleted? Or just bumped lower in the article? Itzcuauhtli11 (talk) 23:01, 17 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
