GA Sweeps: On hold edit

As part of the WikiProject Good Articles, we're doing Sweeps to determine if the article should remain a Good article. I went through the article and made various changes, please look them over. I believe the article currently meets the majority of the criteria and should remain listed as a GA. However, in reviewing the article, I have found there are several issues that needs to be addressed.

  1. "Anderson has described this as giving the album a "raw" sound,[2] and he has hypothesised that it is because of this that critics..." Clarify what "this" is.
  2. "Also, these sounds are backed up by more traditional instruments, such as harps and Native American flutes.[10] Also, there is the use of sampled sounds of footsteps, water, birdsong, wind and the like." Reword so both sentences don't start with "Also".
  3. "Anderson responded to this by claiming that he doesn't know why people..." Again, reword "this" and also remove the contraction.
  4. The citation should go directly after "He responded that Celestiial "is romanticized Paganism with very real Pagan values behind it.""
  5. "One reviewer went so far as to say that this was so much so that the music could not be counted as heavy metal..." This should be reworded.
  6. The tag in the "Track listing" section needs to be addressed.
  7. This isn't required for GA but I tagged File:Tanner Anderson and bark.jpg to be moved to Wikimedia Commons. If you have an account there, consider moving the image so that other language Wikipedias can use it.

I will leave the article on hold for seven days, but if progress is being made and an extension is needed, one may be given. If no progress is made, the article may be delisted, which can then later be renominated at WP:GAN. I'll contact all of the main contributors and related WikiProjects so the workload can be shared. If you have any questions, let me know on my talk page and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. --Happy editing! Nehrams2020 (talkcontrib) 03:53, 13 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've reworded as per all of your suggestions, is that better? I've also removed the tracklisting template: the tracklisting meets current guidelines, and complicating it with tables and the like would not be appropriate in this case (there isn't really much information to include...). I haven't moved the image to Wikimedia Commons as I am generally distrustful of Commons- I would rather keep it here where I can keep an eye on it. J Milburn (talk) 11:04, 13 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
I've just forwarded the copyright information about the image to the Wikimedia OTRS address, so the image sourcing can be verified. J Milburn (talk) 11:24, 13 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

GA Sweeps: Kept edit

Good work addressing the issues. I believe the article currently meets the criteria and should remain listed as a Good Article. I went through the article and made a few more changes, please review them. It may be beneficial to include a few introductory sentences before the track listing, but that's up to you. Once the OTRS permission is added for the image, if you want, I can watchlist the image at Wikimedia Commons as I usually visit there daily/weekly. If you're interested in that, leave me a notice on my talk page. Continue to improve the article making sure all new information is properly sourced and neutral. It would also be beneficial to update the access dates for all of the online sources. If you have any questions, let me know on my talk page and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I have updated the article history to reflect this review. --Happy editing! Nehrams2020 (talkcontrib) 01:44, 14 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
