The fourth source reference is given as "PRO CAB 37/140/1" - what does that mean? If I search online for it, all I find this this Wikipedia page and pages that are copies of this Wikipedia page. So where or what is "PRO CAB 37/140/1"? SandJ-on-WP (talk) 19:58, 14 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

My wife—a librarian—thinks it could it be Parliamentary Records Office, Cabinet Office papers, filing reference 37/140/1.
