I'm not sure how a snake with a "mildly toxic venom" can be classified as "non-venomous". I understand that its venom is not very dangerous to humans (Did anybody check that there are no exceptions like strong alergic reactions ?) ... but still, at least to me "non-venomous" means that the bite does not inject anything into the bitten body.
