The data here is quite old. Romanians are 70% of Chisinau now.Duca 1 July 2005 20:23 (UTC)
- Please stop lying, there are not more than 2% of Romanians in Moldova, so how come there are 70% of these foreigners in Chisinau only?--Moldopodo (talk) 12:13, 28 May 2008 (UTC)
- I'm sorry, that's just absurd. Yeah, so they put it on the census, and we give due weight to that, but going around pretending there are substantive differences between the two, and calling Romanians "foreigners" in Bessarabia - well, quite silly. Biruitorul Talk 14:50, 28 May 2008 (UTC)

Tiraspol regions edit
Does anyone know where I can find up to date demographic/population data on the regions controlled by Tiraspol? Moldova's official statistics site stopped counting those regions in its population count in 1997, which makes for an ugly population chart. LokiiT (talk) 22:04, 22 December 2009 (UTC)
