Hey Selina, I reviewed and published your peer review so hopefully you can see it.
Overall it was great article written in an articulate, neutral and balanced manner. The sources were well and trustworthy and the overall structure and flow was great too. I would potentially add some more subsections which I made comments and suggestions on. This could include some further statistical analysis on the reality of citizenship and its distributions in Congo today. I would also potentially talk about the strength of Congolese citizenship (there are many studies on this and I find it interesting) compared to other countries in the world. You could also potentially take a more comparative approach and see how the qualifications may be similar to or different from nearby countries or in general in the world. Overall I found everything else to be well-done, and obviously you will add onto to the sections and make it more complete as we go. Best of luck!
