Flowery
editHi. An anon editor continues to re-add content which is contrary to WP:ATTRIBUTEPOV and WP:WEASEL. Specifically, the persistent reintroduction of subjective and opinion-based adjectives (like "prominent", "substantial", "panoramic views", "widely regarded", "spectacular views", etc) are typically to be avoided. Except, in limited cases, where these terms represent a specific opinion or quote or similar - which can be referenced and attributed clearly to a specific person. Otherwise they do not belong. Especially when these terms do not appear (at all) in the single reference used in the related section. As per WP:BRD and WP:CHALLENGE, the burden lies with the editor seeking to add new text, to provide reliable references to support that text. Including references to attribute a subjective opinion. Like something being "spectacular". Or "widely regarded" as such. Continually readding this content (without recourse to discussion and consensus) will not be successful in the long term. Thanks. - If the warring and uncited NPOV pushing continues, next step will be page protection. Thanks. Guliolopez (talk) 19:26, 1 August 2018 (UTC)
- This advisory still stands. Policy hasn't changed since the first note above. Content should reflect sources. Not a subjective interpretation of them. Guliolopez (talk) 13:17, 26 May 2019 (UTC)
