Dêmqog is fully administered by India, but is shown as a part of Ngari Prefecture of China. edit

Dêmqog village is fully administered by India as part of Ladakh. The village is a subject of dispute between India and China as both claim it but the village as of now is under the administration of India. So, I have edited the whole article and added citations as well. Suggestions for improvements are welcome. FlyJet777 (talk) 18:44, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

It may be disputed, but it is under Chinese administration. See the Charding Nullah page. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 21:38, 6 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Dêmqog, Ngari PrefectureDemchok, Ngari Prefecture – Demchok is the standard spelling of the village name in English language sources, as the page content and the sources cited here themselves exemplify. The current page title, "Dêmqog", is an outdated pinyin transliteration of the Chinese version of the name, which is no longer in use.
