editI'd have to check the history to see who added the following:
- The First paragraph is 90% true. Kind of lame when the writer refers to himself in 3rd person though using quotes. I think that losing thousands of dollars on each Fry Street Fair didn't help the house situation either. Yes, for some reason no one thought that no one would want to live in a house that had parties 24/7 and smelled of beer and the ones that did spent their money on beer and not rent.
- I can't believe there is no mention of the once annual haunted house. I was the pledge class president in 1989/90. I made it all the way to the last weekend of pledging until my now wife gave me the ultimatum...leave Delta or I leave you. Since I guess I am still married, you can figure out my choice. Nonetheless, the brohers were the best and still treated me as family the rest of my time at NTSU/UNT. So back to the haunted house. That had to be my favorite. People drove from everywhere to see it. Talk about a scary basement.
- WARNING: There may always be politicized entries here so read the history with a grin, the love was real, but there will always be detractors and haters in any large and diverse group. The Delta Lodge is still an active organization with no plans to spin off into any other group ie. Delta Alpha Mu.

- There is no need for a warning here we shall let the facts speak for themselves.
- As far as one may gather the Delta Lodge is not an actual organization sanctioned by any governing body, as reportd by the dallas buisness journal, they are in deed now a defunct organization. Just as they were when their original sigma ties were cut due to outward pressure from the University and student body/victims. - How is this now defunct organization notable for publish? I notice that this page has not been verified nor does it posses sources, it seems to be a testamonial for apologists, see the "WARNING," abot "love" being real and detractors.... while public opinion might leave much to be desired. editA reminder to all editors that articles should present a neutral point of view. The article should neither be sheer boosterism nor should it be unfounded attacks. Additionally, the biographies of living people apply when adding information about people. - 75 hits from Google News archives for "Delta Lodge" + "Denton" 1980-2008, most articles are connected to Fry Street Fair, a topic probably best covered in Denton, Texas.
- 3 articles not connected to the Fry Street Fair and which are not obituaries. 1 is about a fire that destroyed the lodge, one is from the local university newspaper about the performances of Brutal Juice. The third, in The Dallas Morning News, is about a Denton band called 420 Blues.
