I think few more references may be needed, but overall it is a very well written article! Beatrice Branchini (talk) 12:53, 12 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

Hi Beatrice,
Thank you for your review. Currently, the complete definition of DPV is provided in the Internet Engineering Task Force document, which is the only official source for its description. :) Wikisosh (talk) 13:48, 12 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

This article provides a comprehensive introduction to Delegated Path Validation (DPV), detailing its concept, implementation specifics, and security considerations. Strengths: Clearly introduces the concept of DPV and its relevance to PKI. Suggestions: Ensure subject-verb agreement and clarify sentences for better readability. Example: "DPV aims to enhance the efficiency of certification path validation by leveraging a dedicated server to provide validation results to the client." --YX.AN-CINA (talk) 13:01, 12 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

The article is interesting and well-written. These are the only comments I have and the changes I have made:

  • In the introduction, I would add some infobox about the protocol, similar to other Wikipedia articles about other protocols.
  • I've added some wikilinks to clarify the topic better.
  • I've repeated some references in the same paragraph to clarify things.
  • The requirements section can increase readability with a bullet list.

Hi Gianaccordi,
Thank you for your comments and changes. Currently, DPV is more of an abstract concept than a real, established protocol with an inventor, creation date, and other similar information that would go in an info box. For this reason, I have chosen not to add one at this time. :D Wikisosh (talk) 13:51, 12 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
