Lovin' Spoonful

Removed the claim it was written by the Lovin' Spoonful. Granted, they had a hit with a song called "Daydream", but it's not this song. Compare their lyrics (removed lyrics links per WP:COPYRIGHT) 81.71.36.212 17:17, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

First Section

The first section of this page is unprofessional at best. "European Hippy" isn't a type of music, as far as I know.

Need citation on the song being "fairly obscure". "So many times" doesn't belong, either.

Am I a little overzealous in requesting a rewrite of the entire first section? Rootyb 17:48, 6 July 2007 (UTC)

The Wallace Collection's own website http://www.wallacecollection.net//?page_id=21 states that the song was number one in over twenty countries. The Wikipedia category "Belgian Pop Groups" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Belgian_pop_groups also states that it reached number 41 in the UK charts in 1969, so I have my doubts as to whether it was really all that obscure.

'Daydream' never reached 41 (or any other position) in the UK charts until the I Monster cover version was a hit in 2001. The Guinness Book of Hit Singles confirms it never charted in the UK so I've deleted reference to it reaching #41. Vauxhall1964 (talk) 19:29, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

Kallman

This article refers a lot to the name Gunter Kallman Choir, yet I've seen it referred in other places as the Gunther Kallmann choir. So which is the correct spelling?

Remix "rêverie" by LordFunk

Motowns' Italian version

Were any of you Very Serious People actually alive at the time?

This number was an out-and-out piss-take on The Beatles' Hey Jude, complete with a TV-presentation on a liddypooliesque-looking ferry boat, the band members wearing beatlesque outfits, and the bass player holding a Hoefner violin bass.
