I have just given this page an edit, although I was quite reluctant to edit this page as I did know David Fontana fairly well (it always seems strange to edit articles on people one knows). ACEOREVIVED (talk) 19:31, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
We have a "citation needed" tag heading the section telling us his dates as president of the Society for Psychical Research. If one goes to:

Is the word "the" superfluous here? edit
I see that this article says Fontana was a professor of - to cite the text verbatim - "the Cardiff University". Is it necessary to use the word here, as in English, one would normally either just say "Cardiff University" or "The University of Cardiff"?Vorbee (talk) 14:54, 26 May 2017 (UTC)

Death of David Fontana edit
I used to know David Fontana, and I am sure that he died from pancreatic cancer. I heard that his meditation stopped him from allowing his illness from becoming too prolonged. Vorbee (talk) 20:02, 2 August 2018 (UTC)
